RATES

Mediation Services are billed to the nearest half hour. 

There is a three-hour minimum for mediations reserved for a half day. There is a six-hour minimum for mediations reserved for a full day.

Cancellations should be via our website, using the same system used to schedule your mediation.  Mediations should only be cancelled following agreement of all parties and counsel. 

Half day mediations cancelled with less than 72-hours notice shall incur a three-hour late cancellation fee. 

Full day mediations cancelled with less than 72-hours notice shall incur a six-hour late cancellation fee. 

Unless otherwise agreed by Mediator Chelsie Lamie, all parties and their attorneys are equally responsible for any cancellation fee.
